Frank McKinney's Survival to Thrival Tour
Delray Beach, Florida, February 13, 2012- From January to February, real estate artist and philanthro-capitalist Frank McKinney will traverse the country in a tour bus, stopping at homeless shelters, soup kitchens and food pantries to give aspirational talks on how all of us, including the most desperately poor and homeless, can move from survival to thrival.
McKinney's Caring House Project Foundation will make significant donations to each of the shelters/kitchens/pantries hosting him. How significant? At least $25 for each person who attends his talk: if 200 show up, then $5,000 goes to the kitchen/shelter/pantry, and if it's 400, then $10,000, and so on. In addition, individuals who have fallen on hard times will be given direct financial assistance
along the way.
Most unique, McKinney will change places with one family at each stop on the Survival to Thrival Tour. He'll stay on the streets or at
the shelter while another stays at his hotel or in his tour bus for the night.
Why?
To show how close most of us are to both scenarios, either to losing what we have, or to taking the first step necessary for getting back on our feet and thriving in this great country.
USA Today crowned McKinney the "king of ready-made dream homes," and The Wall Street Journal hailed him as a "real-estate rock czar" because he is the creative force behind some of the world's most magnificent mansions, shattering price records with each new project. McKinney is a true maverick with a charming flair, without peer in the risky world of speculative high-end real estate.
A five-time bestselling author, McKinney's newest release, "The Tap" (www.The-Tap.com), explains what moved him to undertake the Survival to Thrival Tour this winter.
"While establishing our 2012 Program of Work for CHPF," he remembers, "I was 'tapped' by the epiphany that, while we will certainly continue with our work in Haiti, so many people need emergency assistance right here in the U.S.A., including those agencies who represent a lifeline for millions of Americans."
Combining his spiritual highest calling with his personal and professional activities is integral to McKinney's success, and he believes it's the key
to others' success, as well. This is a primary message found in his book, "The Tap," and a core principle he'll share during his aspirational talks.
In 1998 he founded the Caring House Project Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides housing and a self-sustaining existence for
homeless families in South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Indonesia, and here in the United States.
Since its inception, CHPF has provided shelter to more than 7,500 homeless men, women and children around the globe, and in 2012 the focus will be right here in the United States with Frank McKinney's Survival to ThrivalTour.

"Expertly illustrates the way to true fulfillment." Anthony Robbins, author of "Awaken the Giant Within"
"Anyone who acts upon 'The Tap' can live a life of wealth, wisdom, kindness, and the pleasure of knowing you've done well--and done good." Bob Burg, author of "The Go-Giver"
"McKinney demonstrates that as we do for others, we become all we hope, dream, and dare to be." Les Brown, author of "Live Your Dreams"
"Gaining material wealth means little without responsible stewardship. 'The Tap' shows you how to increase your wealth, both in terms of riches and, more important, enrichment." Rich DeVos, co-founder of Amway.
