MIDDLEBURY, CT, For Immediate Release - Nautica introduces a new way to do white this Summer by adding a burst of bright color for contrast. Taking its cue from the colors of a white sand beach, the new white version of the iconicBFD 100 is designed to liven up the summer.
The addition of the BFD 100 is another chapter in the Nautica® brand's continuing sea of color story. Bright colors inspired by sunny days by the sea are a key part of the Nautica® brand's heritage and this sporty collection stays true to that legacy.
The new white BFD 100 sport watch features white resin straps and white dial details with a stainless steel turning bezel. The color splashed dial and etched bezel contrast the white with one of four bright colors and a traditional black. The bright white resin strap pulls the design together.
The timepiece's pops of bold color are eye-catching and sporty. But the watch is also functional with authentic dive style details, and day and date windows in a 46mm case that's water resistant to 100M. Signature details include open-design hands with luminous arrow tips for a quick read in any environment, and the J-Class sail etched on the crown.
"We are excited about our newest additions to the BFD 100 Multifunction family of watches. The classic summer white strap coupled with bold, bright color dials is a perfect fit for our growing sea of color family and provides a fresh new look for the season," claims Linda Calvert, VP Global Brand Management.
