Gearing up toward the fourth edition of the Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair (ADTF)

Welcome to the first edition of the newsletter of the 4th Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair. While the European summer may not have lived up to its challenge, here in Antwerp we're already looking and planning ahead toward the 4th edition of the Antwerp Diamond Trade Fair (ADTF) that will take place from January 27 to January 29.
Earlier this year, with the conclusion of the ADTF's third edition, we realized that the ADTF is now not only an established icon on the annual calendar of diamond and jewellery industry, but also a reputable brand by and in itself. While this is very good news, it also is an enormous responsibility and its perpetuation will require a lot of work and investment on the part of the ADTF's organizing committee and the fair organizers.
It is therefore a great pleasure to announce that in January 2013, we will, once again, welcome new exhibitors to the fair, and bring a total number of stands to no less than 70. Like in 2011 and 2012, the trading halls of Antwerp's two largest diamond exchanges, the Antwerp Diamond Bourse and the Diamond Club of Antwerp, will be turned into two exhibition halls where an exceptional selection of diamonds will be on display –and for sale.
In addition, the growth of the ADFT will also allow us to invite a larger number of selected diamond buyers. Following the successful participation of buyers' groups from Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries in this year's fair, toward 2013, we're investing considerable time and efforts to bring exclusive buyers groups from North America and various leading Asian countries. We'll keep you posted!

Naturally, as has become tradition, the fair's program – i.e. its social events, the educational breakfast seminars and the culinary and cultural evening programs – will offer our guests the best of Antwerp and of the diamond gem and jewellery world.
