Solution Exchange
The ICT enabled knowledge platform developed and managed by the
United Nations (UN) system in India since 2005, occupies a unique niche
in India‘s development scene bringing together a number of development
practitioners including researchers, policy makers, grassroots practitioners,
and private sector organizations. Through its ten Communities of Practice
(CoPs), Solution Exchange has allowed it’s over 35000 members to share
and exchange experiences and knowledge, learn from each other, and collectively
solve development problems. It has paved the way for new collaborative ventures,
created spaces for discussions that have fed into policy formulation while also
providing feedback including voices from the field on programme implementation
and strategies; advocacy and campaigns.
