Stephen Webster wins first place in $20,000 plus diamond jewellery category at Las Vegas 2012 Couture Design Awards

Forevermark diamonds supplied exclusively by Dali Diamond, Antwerp

Antwerp, Belgium - June 11, 2012: The famed British jewellery designer Stephen Webster won the Diamond Jewellery over $20,000 category at the annual Couture Design Awards held at the Couture Show at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas earlier this month.

Webster's winning entry is a one-of-a-kind cocktail ring called "The Temptation of Eve", portraying the devilish serpent from the story as told in the book of Genesis. Made of 18K gold, the serpent's head is set with six carats of colorless diamonds and its coiled tail features a single five-carat brilliant-cut Forevermark diamond. All diamonds are supplied by the Antwerp-based Dali Diamond company, which is Stephen Webster's exclusive diamond supplier. The exquisite couture ring is a sparkling representation of Webster's unmistakeable design creativity and superb craftsmanship.

Stephen Webster is the first British jewellery designer to create a collection with Forevermark diamonds. They are among the world's most carefully selected diamonds, with each stone being inscribed with the Forevermark icon, together with an individual number that vouches for its uniqueness.

A total of 62 entries, divided into 10 jewellery categories entered the annual Couture Design Awards contest. The Awards were judged by a prestigious panel of jewellery industry specialists, including Susan Abeles, Director of Jewellery for Bonham's auction house; Eric Ford, Precious Jewellery Buyer at Nieman Marcus; Janice Blumberg, of Be on Park; Alison Rowe, Fashion and Accessories Editor for Niche Media; Claudia Mata, Jewellery and Accessories Director for W Magazine; and Stephen Webster.

The term "Forevermark" needs at any time be accompanied by the trade mark (TM) symbol.
