KHER'S 2 INTERNATIONAL FILMS AT
TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
Actor Anupam Kher's bags are packed
as he sets off for the release of two very prestigious films: David O' Russell's
The Silver Linings Playbook and Deepa Mehta's Midnight's Children. Both films,
starring Kher, will premier back to back at the festival.
The Silver Linings
Playbook which is an upcoming comedy drama film is directed
by David O.
Russell, from a
screenplay by Russell, adapted from the seriocomic novel by Matthew
Quickstars. It stars
Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence in the lead with Robert Di
Nero, Anupam
Kher, Julia Stiles, Jacki Weaver, and Chris Tucker in supporting roles. Of the leading cast, Bradley
Cooper, Anupam Kher and Julia Styles will walk the red carpet in Toronto
tomorrow. The film is set for release in the United States and Canada on November
21, 2012.
Fashion designer, Falguni Thakore,
has designed Kher's wardrobe for the prestigious event.
