Performance of Production Units During April – June 2011
Chittranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) produced 51 electric locomotives against the target of 53 electronic locomotives and Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) produced 54 diesel locomotives against the target of 70 diesel locomotives during April-June 2011. Rail Coach Factory (RCF) produced 379 coaches against the target of 399 coaches where as Integral Coach Factory (ICF) produced 311 coaches against the targets of 300 coaches during the same period. Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) produced 53918 wheels against the target of 54362 wheels during April-June 2011.
During the month of June 2011, CLW, DLW, ICF, RCF and RWF have produced 22 electric locomotives, 18 diesel locomotive, 116 coaches, 132 coaches, 18726 wheels against the target of 18 electric locomotives, 24 diesel locomotive, 106 coaches, 132 coaches, 18750 wheels.
Railways have realized an amount of Rs. 57.81 crore approximately during the month of June 2011 through ticket checking.
