Ural Stal orders vacuum degassing plant from Siemens VAI: New secondary steelmaking equipment widens product range of Russian special steel maker
Siemens VAI Metals Technologies has received an order from the Russian Metalloinvest Holding to supply a new vacuum degassing plant to the JSC Ural Stal Works. This will enable Ural Stal to produce a wider range of steel grades. The new plant is due to go into operation at the end of 2011.
