Siemens supplies gearless drive systems for copper mine in Peru
The Peruvian corporation Compañia Minera Antamina S.A. has awarded the Siemens Industry Solutions Division an order to supply gearless drive systems for an SAG (Semi Autogenous Grinding) ore mill and a ball mill. The project is worth around EUR 20 million and is scheduled for completion in late 2010.
