·         Gujarat High Court issued a notice against unacceptance of complaints of Tribal Community.

·         A rit petition has been files by the organization against Home Minister, District Collector of Tapi District, and Police Inspector of Songadh Police Station, Beat guard of Forest Department for coshing and further investigation.

·         National Tribal Community appeals for an independent investigation by the CID crime Branch.

·         An organization appeals for resignation of Shri Tushar Chaudhry, Central Adijati Minister and Gujarat Govt. who were failed to secure the rights of Tribal Community.

·         Physical assaults to Tribals done by the Forest Department in the backward Tribal Regions of Gujarat State.

 

A Chairman of All India Tribal Unity & Development Council Mr. Samson C. Christian said in one of his press release that all over India a Central Govt. is making supreme efforts to bring Pease and stop violence, in the regions effected by Maoist and Naxalaists and spending crores of rupees to provide a basic fundamental facilities to the Tribal Community who is residing in Forest Regions but the complete opposite of this is happening in Gandhiji’s Gujarat State.

 

Thye Tribal Community residing in the regions of Gujarat are not being provided the basic amenities and facilities for living and has been made a issue by the various political people. By the Central and the State Govt. there are various projects made and aides are being provided for the development of tribals community but this aide has been misused for the other department by the Gujarat Govt. which has come to notice very clearly in the Compronent Auditor General Report.

 

Our organization feels very said to say that in the South Gujarat region and specially in the Tapi District there are not even a basic health facilities available in this district because of which a population of around 7 lacs tribals people are living their life on the trust of God and in relation to this our organization bring to notice the attack which has been done by the Forest Department in which the poor tribals got injured very seriously. So, the medical treatment should not be given such a order has been passed by the Namdar Gujarat High Court on the rit petition people have been shifted to Surat Civil Hospital for the Medical Treatment.

Dated 23/6/2010 to 27/6/2010 in between in the Forest the trial people were brutally assaulted by the Forest Department and the case has been registered under Vyarar Court on dated 28/6/2010 against the Forest Department. In order to take revenge Forest Department and Police of Songadh with their mutual conspiracy has once again assaulted the poor tribal people and have registered a complaint against them and after this incident Police has not even properly registered Tribals complaint so our organization on 4/8/2010 a Special Criminal Application No.1429/2010 has been filed and all the false complaints registered against tribals to be disposed and the people who have been assaulted for such a complaint should be registered and an independent Police investigation should be created by CID Crime Branch for proper investigation such rit petition has been registered in Namdar Gujarat High Court under Honb’le Judge Shri Akil Kuresh against the Home Secretary and DSP of Tapi District, Police Inspector of Songadh Police Station, Beat Guard of Forest Department, a strict and prominent action should be taken against them, such a notice has been released ands for the further hearing a date of 25/8/2010 has been decide.

 

The Tribal Community has been kept in blind faith and the aides that has been their from the Central & State Govt., that aide has been misused in the other departments, such a scandal came out in the audit report of CAG, year 2008-2009. So, organization decided to file a rit petition in order to take a serious action against it.

 

The people residing in Tapi District and also the tribal community residing in this region has been facing brutal inhuman assaults and conspiracy of the Police and Forest Department. So, our organization demands a resignation of Central Adijati Minister Shri Tushar Chadhri and any other Central Minister who also doesn’t follow it then the Tribal Community will pull out from the District and Taluka lections and will not Vote, such a protest will be run. Our Organization is also appealing for the resignation of our Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
