Oslo — 20 August 2009 – Fratelli d’Amico, a Rome based shipowner operating a fleet of eight Aframax tankers, has signed a contract for the implementation of ShipNet’s Commercial Management System, a part of ShipNet’s Marine ERP solution.
Fratelli d’Amico is making major changes within their organization by implementing a number of new solutions and the decision of selecting ShipNet for their commercial operation was based on the need for a fully integrated environment within the commercial department including the ability of integrating the vessel to the operations system for further improving information sharing and reporting within the company.
Also ShipNet’s ability to interface to other solutions was a decisive factor for Fratelli during the process.
