Wolfsburg, August 17, 2009 – Armin Keller (48) has been appointed to head sales in India and the Far East. He succeeds Adrian Michael Hallmark (47), who is leaving the company.
Armin Keller holds a business degree and has been with the Volkswagen Group for 20 years. He shared responsibility for marketing at Volkswagen in Japan from 1991, moving to sales in North and Latin America in 1994, and taking charge of global sales to car rental companies and international key accounts in 1998. He was given responsibility for the SEAT brand in Italy in 2002 and was appointed managing director for sales and marketing at Auto 5000 in Wolfsburg in 2005.
