ŠKODA Auto India registered a growth
of 39% in September 2012 over the same period last year. ŠKODA Auto India’s
total sales for September 2012 stood at 2312 units against 1670 units for
September 2011.
Mr. Sudhir Rao, Managing Director, ŠKODA Auto India
said, “We are pleased to have registered a 39% growth despite tough market
conditions. We are confident about our growth strategy and the festive season
will add further momentum to our sales in the coming months. Our emphasis on
quality and customer satisfaction will be one the key drives for our success in
the future.”
ŠKODA AUTO India has announced new variants to the Rapid
model range. The new variants Ambition Plus and Active plus will now give
customers added options to choose from the Rapid model range. The Plus packages
will come with additional features offering convenience to the
customer
ŠKODA is working on their dealership network and
after-sales service to enhance customer experience while reaching out to a
larger section of customers across the country. ŠKODA currently has 106
dealerships in India and will have 95 service outlets by end of
2012.
