Beam Declares Regular Dividend
Deerfield, Illinois, October 4, 2012 - Beam Inc. (NYSE: BEAM), a leading
global premium spirits company, today declared a regular dividend of 20.5 cents
per share on the Common Stock, payable in cash on December 3, 2012, to
stockholders of record at the close of business November 7, 2012. The December
dividend payment will bring the total Common Stock dividends paid in 2012,
Beam's first full year as a publicly traded pure-play spirits company, to $0.82
per share.
