Mr Pawan K Ruia resigns from directorship of DUNLOP INDIA LTD
Kolkata, 11 August 2011: To augment his energies in further growth of the Ruia Group, Mr Pawan K Ruia, Chairman of the Group, has decided to resign from the directorship of all the operating companies. The decision is also in accordance with his vision of further professionalising the operations of these companies.
In pursuance with the decision, he has resigned from the Board of Directors of Dunlop India Ltd with effect from 10 August 2011 and his resignation has been accepted today, in a meeting of the Board of Directors of Dunlop India Ltd.
