World leader in off-road vehicles launches ATV, Rangers and snowmobiles

Polaris India Pvt. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Polaris Industries Inc., the world leader in off-road and multi-terrain vehicles today announced their foray into India with the unprecedented launch of their off-road vehicles. The first phase of launch brings Polaris ATV, Polaris RANGER RZR® Side-by-Side vehicles and Snowmobiles to the Indian market.

While the Indian market is no stranger to ATVs and multi-terrain vehicles, the look and feel of anti-terrain vehicles and adventure has been very limited. Polaris ATVs promise to deliver a heightened user experience on all levels – be it ease of operation, in-ride comfort or vehicle performance.

The price range of the lifestyle and the luxury product which starts from 2 Lakh onwards will be available through establishing dealerships in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jammu and Patna.

Speaking about the market scenario, he said “The specialized automobile market is at a very nascent stage in India at this time. Our principal aim is to sensitize the consumers and create a new market for the possible options available in recreational vehicles such as ATVs, off-road jeeps (Polaris RANGER RZR Side-by-Side vehicle) and snowmobiles, and to generate more interest in these activities. We will focus on the utility application of our vehicles in areas of construction, forest, military, police and Para military forces”

While other companies offer off-road/on-road hybrids which underperform out in the wild, Polaris off-roaders deliver a razor sharp performance every time.  There are four variants available: Only Trail (exclusively for hilly/mountain terrain), only Sport (for dune-surfing and riding in open spaces), only 4 Seat (world’s first 4-seater Side by Side) and Only Xtreme (Premium performance under all conditions).

Snowmobiles Polaris snowmobiles promise to generate much excitement in India due to the extreme popularity of motorcycles.
