Sydney will host the world’s leading mining and investment forum when Mines and Money launches its inaugural Australian event in October.
Mines and Money Australia is coming to Sydney on 10-12 October 2011 with conference and exhibition on the first two days and post-conference workshops on the 12th, extending the global mining and investment annual programme that now includes events in Hong Kong, Beijing and the London flagship event.
In Sydney, the Mines and Money Australia Conference and Exhibition will draw on the global investor database of its worldwide series to match Australian mining companies with domestic and international capital.
The event is set to welcome over 80 Australian and international mining exhibitors looking to meet with fund managers, institutional investors, investment banks, brokers and a range of high-net worth and other private investors. The organisers, Beacon Events and Mining Journal, anticipate that around 750 investment and mining professionals will attend this inaugural event making it the most important conference and exhibition of its kind in the country’s financial capital.
Mines and Money Australia will bring together some of the most influential decision makers within mining companies and the investment community. Already recognised as the best international forum for networking in London, Hong Kong and Beijing, the Sydney version is set to become a fixture in the diaries of mining industry executives and investors.
