prestigious Andrea Palladio International Jewelry Awards instituted by the Fiera
di Vicenza nominates Amrapali Jewels
New
Delhi 11th May , 2012 Amrapali, the crowning glory of luxe
Indian heritage jewelry, has been selected for Andrea Palladio International
Jewelry Awards instituted by the Fiera di Vicenza. The brand is nominated in
the category of The Best International Jewelry Brand Collection, Amrapali
figures along with other renowned brands such as Tiffany & Co., Brumani,
H. Stern & Van Cleef & Arpels.
In addition, Amrapali
has also been invited to the “red carpet” of jewelry amongst important Guests at
the Gala Evening to be held in Venice on the same day with a private viewing of
the “Diane Vreeland after Diane Vreeland” Exhibition at Palazzo Fortuny followed
by an exclusive dinner at La Fenice Theatre.

The Andrea Palladio International Jewelry Awards
by the Fiera di Vicenza are the most prestigious awards in the world for
the jewelry industry. Nominated brands & winners go down in jewelry history
as they are handpicked by an international jury of experts in design &
execution in the various stages of jewelry making all the way to advertising
& retail.
This is an international award dedicated to
excellence in the Best Italian Jewelry designer, Best International Jewelry
Designer, Best Jewelry Website, Best Jewelry Brand Collection, Best Jewelry
Communication Campaign and Best Jewelry Packaging. The Awards for all six competing categories will be
presented by the President of Fiera di Vicenza, Mr. Roberto Ditri, the Jury
President, Maestro Gianmaria Buccellati and other prestigious guests.
Amrapali is the only Indian design house to be nominated amongst above
categories.
The prize giving ceremony will coincide with the opening
of Vicenzaoro Spring 2012 on the evening of 19th May in Fiera di
Vicenza’s Sala Palladio. The Jewelry Oscar Event will be directed by Gabriele
Vacis, famous Italian Director. Awards shall be presented by Ilaria D’Amico,
costume journalist & television presenter.
