Vodafone & Radio Mirchi present ‘Vodafone Mirchi Callertune’: First of its kind offer for its customers!

New Delhi, 23 November: Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular services providers and ENIL, whose brand Radio Mirchi is India’s largest FM Company have come together with a unique offer to their users – Simplicity!

Vodafone Essar and Radio Mirchi have innovated to launch “Vodafone Mirchi Caller Tunes” - one of the simplest ways for downloading Caller Ring Back Tones.

Listeners of Radio Mirchi who are also Vodafone subscribers can, in all the 32 cities that Radio Mirchi is currently available in, download the song that they hear on the station and set it as their caller tune immediately. All they need to do is dial in a number – 5-983-11 (where 983 is the Mirchi frequency and XYZ is the individual city code) – and whatever song is playing on Radio Mirchi can become her caller-tune! In the case of Mumbai the customer will have to dial 5-983-22.

Prashant Panday, CEO, ENIL said – “Radio Mirchi is the country’s favorite radio station because we have always been focused on listening to our listeners– be it for our music or for our other content. With Vodafone Mirchi Caller Tunes, we have made the downloading of caller tunes extremely easy and simple. Our patented technology has enabled us to do this. We, along with our partners – Vodafone are extremely excited about this new technology and believe that the simplicity of the service will find a lot of users.
