ANNOUNCEMENT FOR UNCLAIMED DIVIDENDS OF FINANCIAL PERIOD 2003

ALUMIL S.A., announces that the five year period for the collection of the dividend for the financial year 2003, which amounts to € 0.06 per share, expires on the 31st of December 2009. After this date, dividends not collected from entitled parties will lapse in favor of the Hellenic State, shareholders who have not collected the dividend for the year 2003, may contact ALUMIL Investor Relations Department during working days and hours.
