Siemens to supply new secondary dedusting system to the Ruukki Metals Steelworks in Finland – Dust emissions drastically reduced
Siemens VAI Metals Technologies has received an order from Finnish steelmaker Ruukki Metals Oy to supply and install equipment for a new secondary dedusting system in its converter steelworks in Raahe, Finland. This will reduce emissions from the steelworks and mixer bay to well below statutory limits. The new system is scheduled to come into operation at the end of 2013.
