Mumbai, August 22nd, 2012: Day 3 of The India International Jewellery Week (IIJW) culminated on a high note with a spectacular finale entitled “Vibrant India” hosted by the Gitanjali Group. The show featured some dazzling creations by India’s leading jewellery brands such as Asmi, Nakshatra, Sangini & Gili with gorgeous divas Bipasha Basu, Neha Dhupia, Vanya Mishra & Ankita Shorey as glamorous showstoppers.

The show opened to the moving rendition of some soulful music by renowned singers like Swaroop Khan, Barkha Patel and Parthiv Gohil while Gitanjali presented its show Vibrant India unveiling new collections from India’s leading jewellery brands. The show was a dazzling presentation of different cultural aspects of the vibrant India and was presented in four classic segments centred on themes related to Kumbh, Temple and Desert followed by a grand overview in the finale.



Neha Dhupia mesmerised the fashionistas among the crowd with beautiful Asmi jewellery in the Kumbh inspired segment in Nishka Lulla creation. Vanya Mishra looked resplendent in jewellery from Sangini and Vaishali Shadungule creation in the Desert inspired segment. Ankita Shorey sashayed the ramp in dazzling diamonds from Nakshatra in the Temple segment of the show in Payal Singhal creation and finally Bipasha Basu, the brand ambassador of Gili, wowed the audience with her confident walk as the show stopper in gorgeous jewellery from India’s pioneering jewellery brand.
