Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp to recommend
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as financial statement auditors
In
its meeting on September 7, 2012, the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG
decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on January 18, 2013 the
election of the auditing company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to audit the
annual financial statements and review the interim financial reports for fiscal
year 2012/2013.
Previously the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG had
carried out a bidding process and selected PwC from the set of bidders. If
elected, PwC's engagement will begin with the review of the condensed interim
financial statements in the first quarter 2012/2013.
