Dr. Heinrich Hiesinger proposed as successor to Dr. Ekkehard Schulz as Chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG
The Personnel Committee of the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG has decided to propose the appointment of Dr. Heinrich Hiesinger, currently member of the Executive Board of Siemens AG in Munich, as successor to Dr. Ekkehard Schulz as Chairman of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting of ThyssenKrupp AG on January 21, 2011. Dr. Hiesinger shall join the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG as of October 1, 2010 as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board.
Furthermore the Personnel Committee proposes the appointment of Dr. Jürgen Claassen as member of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting of ThyssenKrupp AG on January 21, 2011. Within the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG Dr. Claassen will be responsible for Corporate Development and Compliance. Dr. Claassen is currently Executive Vice President at ThyssenKrupp AG.
Furthermore the Personnel Committee proposes the appointment of Dr. Jürgen Claassen as member of the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG with effect from the close of the Annual General Meeting of ThyssenKrupp AG on January 21, 2011. Within the Executive Board of ThyssenKrupp AG Dr. Claassen will be responsible for Corporate Development and Compliance. Dr. Claassen is currently Executive Vice President at ThyssenKrupp AG.
