Ahmedabad Management Association elects new office bearers

The 54th Annual General Meeting of the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) was held on 1st October 2011. In this meeting, the outgoing President Mr. Pankaj R. Patel felicitated Mr. Rajiv Vastupal, who has been elected as the President of the All India Management Association. Mr. Vastupal had earlier served AMA as the President from 2005 to 2007.
During the AGM, the new office bearers of Ahmedabad Management Association for the year 2011-12 were announced. Mr. Rohit J. Patel and Mr. P. R. Joshi were unanimously elected as the President and Vice President for the term 2011-12. The other newly elected members were Mr. Jaimin R. Vasa, Mr. Deevyesh J. Radia and Mr. Tushar Patel.
Mr. Rohit J. Patel, the Managing Director of Sagar Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., was earlier the Vice President of AMA. He was also the recipient of the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award instituted by AMA in the year 1997. Mr. P.R. Joshi, President Group HR and Corporate Communications, Zydus Cadila was earlier the Hon. Joint Secretary of AMA.
