AIGJTF inaugurates its 1st Regional Office in Kolkata
Kolkata 31st October, 2011.The All India Gems and Jewellery Trade Federation (AIGJTF) the apex body representing more than 1200 jewellers around India has opened its 1st Regional Office on 25th of October, 2011. This is a part of the Federation’s long term plan to decentralize its operations with a view towards taking up local issues and be more pro active in its efforts to address the concerns of the members.
The office, located at 10/A, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, was officially dedicated to the members by the AIGJTF Chairman Mr. Bachhraj Bamalwa along with the Regional Chairman Mr.Subhro Chandra. “This office marks the dawn of a new era for the Federation” said Mr. Bamalwa. “A long standing demand of the members have been fulfilled today, and I hope that the new office will work towards highlighting the needs and meeting the aspirations of the members.”
