Peritus awarded Woodside Engineering Services Contract
Advanced subsea and floating systems engineering experts, Peritus International, has been awarded a non-exclusive Engineering Major Services Agreement by Woodside Energy Limited for the provision of engineering support services for Woodside’s offshore facilities.
The scope of work covers a wide range of engineering services, from studies and concept, through to design and implementation for Woodside's Project Development Group. The contract has an initial three-year term with two one-year extension options.
"We are delighted to be awarded this contract which provides the opportunity to further expand our delivery of engineering and implementation services to Woodside”, said David Kennare, Operations Director responsible for Peritus International’s business in Asia Pacific.
"This award represents another step towards achieving our vision, to be recognised as a world leader in the provision of advanced subsea and floating systems engineering and project management services for offshore projects across the globe, with a particular focus on difficult and deepwater environments." The award builds on Peritus International’s recent success in assisting Woodside on a number of engineering projects throughout 2010.
