Siemens constructs three new high-bay warehouses for AUMA Riester
AUMA Riester GmbH & Co KG is a leading worldwide manufacturer of electric actuators, drive controls and gearboxes for industrial valve automation. In order to bring warehouse capacity into line with increased production, the company contracted Siemens Industry Solutions to build three new high-bay warehouses at its Wenden, Ostfildern and Mullheim locations in Germany. Siemens is in charge of shelving construction and will also provide materials handling and control technology. The contract is worth just under €2 million. Construction of all three warehouses is scheduled for completion by the end of this year.
