IMF Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn to Visit India

Mr. Dominique Strauss-Kahn, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), will travel to New Delhi, India, on December 2, 2010.
Mr. Strauss-Kahn will meet with the top officials of the Indian government to exchange views on global and regional economic conditions and policies.
The Managing Director will also participate in a roundtable discussion with several eminent Indian policymakers. The event is hosted by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He will discuss the status of the global economic recovery, priorities for financial sector reform, and India’s role in securing long-term global growth.
