CREDAI organises world’s largest NRI Realty Expo in Dubai

 

·        The property exhibition which will run on and from 21st - 23rd January 2010 will cater to the growing interest of the NRIs in acquiring properties in India

 

·        About 60 prominent developers’ showcasing 200 projects with 15000 residential units will participate in the exhibition enabling consumers to choose from a diverse range of properties

 

 

India, New Delhi, Tuesday, January 19, 2010: The World’s largest NRI Realty Expo, the CREDAI NRI Property Exhibition, is taking place under the aegis of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) at Al Nasr Leisureland in Dubai from 21st – 23rd January 2010. The prestigious exhibition will witness participation from about 60 reputed Developers from across India and is expected to attract more than eight thousand affluent UAE NRI’s to attend the event. CREDAI Karnataka is spearheading this event in partnership with Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) – the world’s leading source of global business information, knowledge and insight. The event is taking place concurrently with India’s premier Real Estate Convention NATCON 2010 being organised by CREDAI at the Atlantis, Dubai from 23rd – 25th January 2010.

 

The event is slated to attract an unprecedented number of real estate developers from across the four prime regions of the country exhibiting residential properties ranging from Rs.5 lakhs to Rs.5 crore to affluent NRIs of UAE, who intent on acquiring properties in India. Over a period of three days, the exhibition will unfold the grand spectacle of top developers assembling under one roof, showcasing about 200 projects with 15000 residential units, unleashing the NRI consumers with an opportunity to gather information and book properties on –spot in our country. Notable developers like Prestige Group, Mantri Developers, Purvankara, Nirmal Lifestyle, Everest Developers, Hiranandani Properties Pvt. Ltd., Akshaya Homes, Sobha Developers, QVC Realty, Sterling Developers, Skyline Builders and many such others will be displaying their projects.

 

With the revival of the real estate sector in India, there is a renewed demand for property. NRIs especially have shown considerable interest in purchasing property in India. Dubai, which has a significant customer base for Indian properties, thus becomes a potential market for developers in India to focus on.

 

According to Mr. Dharmesh Jain, Vice President, CREDAI, “Both the B2B and B2C events were planned to provide benefits to all stake holders- the developers, the bankers and the customers from the UAE. The spot loans offers from banks will aid consumer convenience in acquiring properties while exciting discounts from the developers will mean a lot of saving for the NRIs.”

 

Speaking of the Exhibition, Mr. J.S.
