Extended Field Season

Bu Dun Hua Porphyry Copper project (100% King Solomon)

The directors of King Solomon Mines Ltd wish to advise that despite the onset of winter snows, drilling continues at its BDH porphyry copper project in Inner Mongolia. Diamond drill-hole BDH028 is currently at 414m and is expected to reach its initial target depth of 500m later this week. The hole is testing hydrothermally altered volcanic and intrusive rocks at the Ghenghis prospect, a prominent magnetic anomaly along strike to the northeast from the Whitehorse mineralised porphyry plug. The hole is considered an important one to complete in light of geological and geochemical trends established by a series of preceding scout holes.

Final assay results for Bu Dun Hua are expected by early January.

Sonid North Gold project (100% King Solomon)

At Sonid North, a 12 hole for 3,650m follow-up diamond drilling program at King Solomon's Mud-house prospect has now been completed and the last core sample shipment has been despatched to the ALS laboratory in Guangzhou. With current delays at assay labs, final results are not expected to be available until mid to late January.

The program has been pursuing a package of gold and arsenic mineralised structures along-strike and down-dip from a small area of surface outcrop.
