The
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has announced admissions to the
fifth batch of the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)
starting April 2013.
The
full-time Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) is an
intensive one-year residential programme created specifically for professionals
with remarkable track records and seven to fifteen years of work experience.
The
EPGP has a distinct focus on the leadership skills essential for effective
senior managers. The curriculum is
adapted from best-practices in industry and is organized around a series of
core courses and electives to provide a solid foundation of key management
theory and practice. An emphasis on
emerging markets is at the core of the EPGP, highlighted by an international
immersion module which includes an experiential two-week study tour to an
emerging economy, in partnership with a leading business school in the host
country.
Graduates
in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA and 7 to 15 years
full-time work experience may apply. Criteria for selection include academic
performance, quality and duration of work experience, a valid GMAT score,
Statement of Purpose and Letters of Reference.
