Her Excellency Smt Margaret Alva, Governor of Rajasthan visited Amar Jawan Jyoti, Jaipur to pay homage to our brave soldiers, whose intrepid actions during the wars were epitomised by tenacity and enduring fortitude. She laid a wreath at the majestic memorial in the presence of Lt Gen Gyan Bhushan, UYSM, AVSM,VSM GOC-in-C, South Western Command, serving officers and service veterans. This is the first visit of the Governor to Amar Jawan Jyoti since taking over her office in May 2012.
