Freak Diavolo Only Watch, stainless steel, goes for € 125’000.-
at the Only Watch Charity Auction in Monaco.

The fourth edition of the Only Watch Charity Auction held at the hotel Hermitage in Monaco on September 23, in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco met a great success. The "Freak Diavolo Only Watch" presented by Ulysse Nardin was auctioned off at the hammer price of € 125’000.-.

Named after its devilish-in-appearance power-reserve backing, with its “horns” and black cloak-like backdrop, the Freak Diavolo Only Watch is the cleverest of timepiece creations. Case in point, silicium is used in its patented hairspring (Si 1.1.1.) and throughout the majority of its escapement – the heart and most delicate part of the watch.
The exceptional result of € 4,5 million of the auction will enable to continue finance research, organise scientific roundtables and International Collaborative Effort. Children and young adults suffering from Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy can seriously hope to benefit from scientific and medical research that is striving to develop treatments as fast as possible.
