The view, expressed by Prof. (Dr.) R P Banerjee, Director-EIILM where mostly highlighting on the diversity quotient and familiarity quotient. The diversity quotient attempts to highlight diversity in the decision making process and familiarity quotient attempts to reduce the impact of familiarity on the process of corporate decision making.
