Czech Pollution Control Major setting up Global Engineering Hub in West Bengal

MOU Signed with local partner Eastern Environ Care

 

Kolkata May 10th, 2010: ZVVZ-Enven Engineering (ZVVZ-EE) was originally the Air Pollution Control Equipment and System solution providing arm of Skoda the Czech Multinational Conglomerate. Today it is a large ecological product manufacturing company with more than 60 years experience. It is a modern, progressive engineering and supply company that can deliver plants in EPC scope for the complex filtration and separation technology to remove solid and gaseous pollutants from technological equipment and flue gases in all industrial areas as coal based thermal power stations, cement plants, steel plants, metallurgical works etc.

 

The company has long-term experience with the complete installation and delivery of air-conditioning and ventilation plants for nuclear power stations, air-conditioning of buildings and ventilation of mines, tunnels and underground railways.

 

ZVVZ-Enven Engineering is a holder of the prestigious European Certificates of Management Quality System under ISO 9001, the environmental system under ISO 14001, the welding process system under ISO 3834-1,2 and DIN 18 800 – 7/A1.

 

At present the company not only continues progressively in its successful business activities and exports its design and deliveries of air pollution control systems to countries in the middle and Eastern Europe, Russia and prominent countries of Community of Independent States as Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Litvia and to other countries such as Turkey, Cuba but made also the initial steps to enter into the very potential progressive developing Indian market to participate on various projects in cooperation with the domestic partner - EASTERN ENVIRO CARE.

 

Now with a view towards nurturing the Indian market and servicing its local clients better, ZVVZ-EE is entering into a collaboration for operations in India which will ultimately be setting up of a Joint Venture company, together with manufacturing as well as design & engineering establishment in India. The phased expansion into India will culminate in the setting up of a global hub for supply of equipment as well as for providing services to other countries.

 

EECPL have already purchased an industrial plot measuring over three acres in the city of Durgapur in an Assansol Durgapur Development Authority (ADDA) controlled industrial area. It has planned to build a suitable factory for manufacture of such the equipment and components coming within the scope of Collaboration / Joint Venture between the two Companies, with active participation and support from the overseas collaborator.

 

A formal signing of Agreement is planned on 10th of May, 2010.
